Get the spiritual strength in worshiping God (Psalms 27)

 

QT: In this chapter, I can see the power of God to protect his people from every harm. He is light, salvation in the darkness, so we can have a peaceful mind even in the harshest environment. And David confesses that the worship is a crucial way to get the spiritual power from God. I found that seeing God is connected closely to the truth that God sees us. It is a deep friendship. So, David eagerly wanted to participate in the worship to meet his God closely. In this context, every Christian should realize the importance of Sunday worship, especially after the pandemic. 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank you for acknowledging the importance of worshiping you. Please change my heart to recognize worship as the first priority in my life. Through the worship, I want to know you. Through your word, I want to have spiritual wisdom coming from you. I pray in Jesus' name, Amen.
